What is our return policy?
All preorder items are FINAL SALE, so please review your order carefully before checking out. Unfortunately, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations once the order has been submitted as our manufacturer will begin crafting our items specifically for you.
How long do preorders take to arrive?
Estimated turnaround times are listed on each preorder item page. While orders may arrive sooner, delivery by a specific date cannot be guaranteed. If you are needing expedited shipping or are concerned about receiving your order before your trip please reach out to me!
What happens if there is a delay with my preorder?
If any delays occur, we will communicate updates as quickly and clearly as possible. While we are unable to guarantee a delivery date we will do our best to get your items to you as quickly as we can!
